Hot Lunches Online Orders

Place your orders at swc.hotlunches.net

Pizza days are MONDAYS only

Burrito days are THURSDAYS only

Milk is DAILY with the option of choosing a different kind of milk (chocolate) on Fridays.

Please note:

  • Ordered food still arrives if buses are cancelled due to inclement weather!
  • Food is delivered to the school in time for the first nutrition break.
  • Information about cost, vendors, toppings, etc., is viewable after you create your account.
  • The school year has been divided into three “food terms.”
  • The deadlines for each of these food terms is listed below:

Ordering Deadlines

  • Term 1: September – November
    Deadline: Friday, September 15, 2017
  • Term 2: December – February
    Deadline: Tuesday, November 21, 2017
  • Term 3: March – June
    Deadline: Tuesday, February 20, 2018

Instructions
Each new school year, you must make a new account for your child(ren)

  1. Go to swc.hotlunches.net
  2. Click on "Click Here to Register"
  3. Enter Access Code: WCHL
  4. Complete the rest of the registration form.
    Optional: Enter your email to receive weekly lunch order and upcoming event reminders.
  5. Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom.
  6. Click on the “Students” button to add each child.
  7. Once your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders"
  8. Payment can be made with a credit card or PayPal account.

* Note, if you do not have internet access at home and/or a credit card and would like to place an order for your child, you may leave a message in the school office (613-224-2336) and a member of school council will contact you to help you place your order.
